Your safety is our top priority

WEATHER PROTOCOLS

 We reserve the right to delay or cancel the flight due to weather or safety related reasons. This happens rarely and in case of a cancellation you are entitled to a full refund on the cost of your flight. Our flights are always operated in safe conditions only. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the weather related issues on the day of your flight.

GENERAL TERMS

You may cancel your reservation up to 6 hours before departure time and receive a full refund. No shows and cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled flight will result in a forfeiture of the full price. We reserve the right to refuse or remove a passenger if the passenger appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol to a degree that the passenger may endanger the safety of the flight in general or another member of the flight. Everything allowed on board the aircraft will be at the discretion of the pilot. We require a written permission from a guardian for minors to attend a flight alone.

SEATING AND PAYMENTS

Seating in Helicopters is based on weight and balance. The seating on board the aircraft will be at the discretion of the pilot. All transactions will be conducted in Euros. No flight will be confirmed until full payment is received. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards as methods of payment. Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to. We reserve the right to alter, reschedule or delay any flight due to weather, ATC delays, flight restrictions or any situation out of our control.

Regarding the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Helsinki Citycopter (‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We have an effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. However, we recognise our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the demands of the GDPR.
